The song Farang Ja came about after SONY BMG Managing Director, Gerald Dibbayawan heard SAME SAME’s version of Strange lover. The song just felt so natural and so Luk Thung that I felt compelled to ask the guys if they would consider singing a version of the song in Thai.” Once the band agreed Dibbayawan set out to find the right Thai person who would help keep the song light and fun. “The choice wasn’t actually that hard when you think about it.” Clint Moffatt Commented. “ I mean who’s the most entertaining, fun Luk Thung singer in Thailand? Exactly! Arpaporn Nakonsawan. Luckily for us she said yes.” 

The single is scheduled for release to radio on March 15th. The video, which was filmed in part on Khao San Road (a major Farang tourist destination), will be serviced to MTV, CH V and other video outlets on or before the same date.
